Tuesday mornings – International Wives Group (women and their children) This group involves community care and English language practice and is open and taking new members!10:00 AM–12:00 PM – 1753 N Decatur Rd

International Education Peace Volunteers 

Certificates in Intercultural Dialogue & Reflection

All learning opportunities are free, with the exception of the optional IDI (Intercultural Development Inventory) assessment.

This is a voluntary, noncredit, self-funded cultural enrichment experience designed to foster mutual understanding and intercultural peacebuilding. It does not involve academic enrollment, instruction, or employment, and is open to both short-term and long-term participants from any country.

Program Goals

  • Foster cultural humility through lifelong learning, reflection, and dialogue

  • Enhance intercultural sensitivity using Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) informed approaches

  • Practice active listening and collaborative dialogue

  • Create a shared, inclusive space for mutual understanding across cultures


Want to grow in cultural humility, listening skills, and cross-cultural understanding? This flexible, certificate-eligible learning experience from International Education Peace Volunteers invites you to explore cultural frameworks, practice deep listening, and reflect on diverse perspectives. With short readings and videos, interactive small groups, and your choice of online or in-person dialogue sessions, you'll engage meaningfully with others across cultures and reflect on your growth through brief journal responses. Certificate Tiers

To encourage long-term engagement and celebrate ongoing learning, IEPV offers a nonacademic, multi-tiered, certification model that builds in increments of 10 sessions with 10 microreflections. Each level deepens participants' capacity for intercultural dialogue, humility, and leadership. These non-credit certificates recognize voluntary participation in civic reflection and intercultural dialogue.
